The CWR is a set of easy-to-use online tools designed to help address 21st century teaching and learning challenges. The CWR guides students to carefully and critically evaluate and read any source of information on the Internet. 

The CWR toolset has a flexible design, enabling teachers across grade levels and subject areas to use the CWR to best meet instructional and learning needs.

Since 2005, more than 2,000 students in middle school, secondary school, and university classrooms in the United States, Taiwan, and Singapore have used the CWR to become more skilled and savvy readers of information on the Internet.
